You will need a minimum of 40mm above this for suitable operation. \u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e\u003cb\u003eThe settings listed below are the original Ford Group 1 as supplied many years ago, except the emulsion tubes f19 are no longer available so the nearest f9 is used.
